Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Founder Access and future paid ProofTether Control subscriptions can be cancelled.

Founder Access

Founder Access is a fixed early-access period for the first 3 months. It does not automatically renew to Founder Pro or Pro Operator unless explicitly enabled through a supported checkout or subscription flow.

Future subscriptions

When recurring subscriptions are enabled, cancellation and payment management are available through the billing area using a fresh Paddle customer portal session.

Access after cancellation

Access may continue until the end of the already paid billing or founder period unless a refund, abuse, fraud, chargeback, or Terms violation changes that status.

How to cancel

Use the billing area to open the Paddle customer portal. If the portal cannot be opened, submit a Support Desk request with the account email and Paddle transaction reference.

Consumer withdrawal

Where Paddle Buyer Terms or applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal right, use Paddle receipt, Paddle billing page, Paddle support, or Matrix Support Desk to start the request.

Refund relation

Cancellation is separate from refund eligibility. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

Effective date: 2026-07-01. Public contact uses the ProofTether Support Desk form plus anti-spam electronic aliases to reduce mailbox scraping. Paddle live checkout is pending verification; do not submit unavailable checkout routes as active.
