ProofTether Control is supplied by MB GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for supported checkout and billing flows when Paddle checkout is enabled.

ProofTether Control Terms of Service
These terms describe ProofTether Control as a digital SaaS control plane for AI-assisted project planning, scoped MCP access, context packs, evidence gates, implementation audits, and workflow matrices.

Access
Accounts are issued for online product access only. No physical goods are shipped. Founder Access lasts for the selected founder period and does not automatically renew to a $99/month premium plan or any other paid continuation without separate checkout acceptance.
Self-serve software
Founder Access is a self-serve software access product. It includes hosted cockpit access, MCP setup materials, context-pack tooling, evidence workflows, skill-template downloads after entitlement, and documentation. It does not include custom implementation, consulting, managed coding, agency work, done-for-you development, or other human-driven services through Paddle checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not upload secrets, raw full-repo dumps, unlawful content, or data you are not allowed to process. Customer source code is expected to stay in the customer workspace.
AI output
ProofTether Control provides governance, context, evidence, and workflow controls. It does not guarantee project success, revenue, correctness of third-party AI output, or replacement of developer review.
Billing
Founder Access checkout is processed through Paddle when live. Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes unless Paddle checkout states otherwise; Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes at checkout. If Paddle checkout or signed webhook verification is unavailable, paid access remains closed rather than unlocked from public payment proof.
Contact
Use the ProofTether Support Desk form on /contact for questions, cancellation, and support requests. Public electronic contact aliases are listed in Legal Notice in anti-spam format. Do not send source code, secrets, provider keys, or private datasets.
Effective date: 2026-07-01. Public contact uses the ProofTether Support Desk form plus anti-spam electronic aliases to reduce mailbox scraping. Paddle live checkout is pending verification; do not submit unavailable checkout routes as active.
