ProofTether Control is a digital SaaS product sold through Paddle when checkout is enabled. No physical goods are shipped; access is provided online.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for supported ProofTether Control checkout and billing flows.

Paddle refund policy

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy and Paddle Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms. ProofTether Control does not publish separate seller-specific refund rules for Paddle purchases.

How to request a refund

Use the Paddle receipt, Paddle billing page, Matrix billing area customer portal, Paddle support, or the ProofTether Support Desk form with your account email and Paddle transaction reference.

Access after refund

When a refund is completed through Paddle, the related paid ProofTether Control entitlement may be ended or adjusted according to the refunded checkout record.

Effective date: 2026-07-01. Public contact uses the ProofTether Support Desk form plus anti-spam electronic aliases to reduce mailbox scraping. Paddle live checkout is pending verification; do not submit unavailable checkout routes as active.
