Self-serve product boundary
Founder Access is software access and product onboarding materials. It does not include custom implementation, consulting, managed coding, agency work, done-for-you development, or other human-driven services through Paddle checkout.
Data boundary
ProofTether Control does not require full repository upload. Customer source code, provider API keys, local model weights, private datasets, and secrets are intended to stay in the customer workspace. Customer-selected snippets, metadata, hashes, and evidence references may be processed only where needed for scoped workflows.
Payment processor
Paddle is the Merchant of Record/payment processor for live checkout. Paddle production checkout requires configured products, prices, customer portal access, and signed webhook verification.
Effective date: 2026-07-01. Public contact uses the ProofTether Support Desk form plus anti-spam electronic aliases to reduce mailbox scraping. Paddle live checkout is pending verification; do not submit unavailable checkout routes as active.
