PRIVACY
ProofTether Control stores product metadata needed to run the service. It is not a source-code host and must not receive raw customer repository dumps.
The data controller for ProofTether Control account and service metadata is MB GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. Privacy requests can be submitted through the ProofTether Support Desk form or the anti-spam privacy alias listed in Legal Notice.
Email, account identifiers, organization/project/seat metadata, session/login data, product usage data, support messages, and Paddle billing/customer identifiers when checkout is enabled.
We process account and product data to perform the contract, satisfy legal and billing obligations, protect security and prevent fraud, answer support/privacy requests, and process optional diagnostics only where consent or another valid legal basis applies.
We use data for account creation, product access, billing status, support, fraud/security, audit evidence, service operation, legal acceptance proof, and customer-requested MCP/context-pack workflows.
ProofTether Control does not require customers to upload full repositories to the hosted service. Full source repositories, provider API keys, local model weights, datasets, and secrets are designed to remain in the customer-controlled workspace. Customer-selected snippets, metadata, hashes, and evidence references may be processed only where needed for scoped workflows.
Account, billing, legal acceptance, security, and audit records are retained while needed for service operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or audit evidence. Optional diagnostics can be disabled through Cookie Preferences.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. EU/Polish users may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO. Use the ProofTether Support Desk form on /contact for privacy requests.
Hosting, email, payment, and customer-controlled AI providers may process data outside your country. ProofTether Control is designed to keep full customer repositories, provider keys, local model weights, and datasets outside the hosted control plane.
Effective date: 2026-07-01. Public contact uses the ProofTether Support Desk form plus anti-spam electronic aliases to reduce mailbox scraping. Paddle live checkout is pending verification; do not submit unavailable checkout routes as active.
